We just had our 2 Yamaha V-Stars serviced there and we couldn't be happier with the service they provided. Awesome customer relations...unlike another shop we went to, where we weren't even acknowledged the entire time we were there!! That other shop lost our business!! We will definitely be returning to Sargent's and highly recommend them to all!!!!Not only do they do what they tell you, they go above and beyond!!!

I live and work in Coos Bay, Oregon. While visiting family in Portland I stoped by Sargent's Motorsports because of their convenient locaton. I had general questions about equipment and service for a motorcycle I had purchased in Coos Bay. I was taken aback by the value I was finding in all aspects of motorsports at Sargent's and wished it were possible to reverse the motorcycle purchase I had made in Coos Bay.But Motorcycle prices were just the icing on the cake at this shop, it was their service rates and policies had my attention locked. Then came my eye poping from unprisidented value and quality of all forms of equipment and suplies.I confess i'm just not the type of person that will take time to write a recomendation, but with all I've mentioned above the real clincher thats making me a repeat and exclussive customer for life at this shop was due to the very best customer service I have received from any bussiness ever and I'm 55 years old.I have purchased acceries, helments

I went in for 600 mile maitenence and got quoted a resonable price. But what was more awsome was that they actuallyt ended up charging about 30 percent less then what they quoted. They are the most honest mechanics I have ever met. I would recommend to anybody looking for a dealership or service center.

My kids and I are always stopping by to pick out new items to either complete their riding apparel or to find new parts for our bikes. The guys there are always helpful, and willing to play the guessing game with me, on needed parts. I appreciate their time, and we will continue to be one of their happy customers!

I won a SYM Fiddle II. They no longer have a presence in North America, and there was something definitely wrong with my engine. I took it to Sargent's. They found the problem and the part was $250. They had to order and it would take a week. The next day they called to say they found a quality used part; it was $80 and my Scooter was ready! When I came in they spent as much time with me as I needed to answer many questions. I will be back!

My husband and I went into Sargent's just to look at gear. Since I ordered a scooter I needed to get safety gear to go with it. Not only did they find the gear I wanted but they went completely out of their way to give me lots of very needed information about the scooter that I had ordered and registering it in Oregon. Thanks for a wonderful experience. You have earned a faithful customer for life!

I was having troble finding a repair shop for my Shenke 50cc scooter and ended up being told that Sargents was the only place that might be able to help me since it was a chinese model and most places dont fix them. When I got there they took my scooter right in and had me back on the road in like 15 minutes eventhough it was practically closing time.The service was excellent and my scooter is running great! They really know their stuff. Thanks for the help guys!!! I would absolutely recommed this shop to anyone!

I am a 58 year old guy who has been riding since I was 16. So I've deal with a lot of places over the years. It's been quite a while since I found some place I've felt more comfortable with. They are knowlegable, friendly and make you feel like they are glad you are there.

When I needed a new tire and battery installed, I selected Sargent's Motorsports and was not disappointed. It took about an hour while I wated. Knowledgeable, courteous, and very fair. I highly recommend Sargent's Motorsports.

These guys are fast and efficient. I've used other shops in the past where I've felt like my bike has been kidnapped and I'm watching all the good weather days go by. Not so with Sargent's. My bike was done when promised, and in fact, was done early. They are a friendly shop where all riders are made to feel welcome.

I had been "lurking" around this place for a few years and they were always nice and helpfull...they had seen me lots of times but I still hadnt bought a thing...i eventually bought a scooter from someone else and needed some adjustments on it, they were johnny on the spot and handled it quickly and efficiently, they have really impressed me to this point. recently a friend of mine was in the market for a NEW scooter and we only went to them and did make a purchase and some upgardes, the transaction was handled great and i will be buying another scooter for my son and will only buy it from Sargents....Gary and Gary and thier team are top notch folks...they are reliable and friendly and do in fact follow thier motto "treat customer the way we would like to be treated"thanks guysGary K ( yup, my name is gary also lol)

I rode dirt bikes from when I was five until I was eighteen. Just bought a bike and havent ridden in ten years. The bike I bought needed some carbeurator work and the guys at sargents did a great job fixing it. The mechanics seem very knowledgeable and customer service driven as well as the guys in the shop. The whole staff has been extremely helpful in getting me up to date with all the new gear and necessary bike maintenance stuff because I am a little out of the loop. Sure glad this shop is in my neighborhood and if I lived far away I would still travel to do business with these guys.Thanks Shawn

I've been to Sargents three different times in the last year due to other people breaking my bike. Nobody rides it but me anymore! Never the less the crew was most helpful in getting parts for my wife's off brand bike, & my RM 250. When we couldn't get a new brake peddle they went above and beyond to fabricate the broken one and didn't charge due to me buying other parts. Sorry Irene This place Rocks. Other shops would have charged much more!!!
